I'm looking for a countdown timer to add to the thread/post/PM editor to show the amount time remaining before the session times out.

"You have x minutes x seconds remainging to complete your message"

The timer should use the "Time-Out for Cookie" value from the ACP and should be restarted when the message is previewed or other action is taken to restart the session time.
