vb.org Archive - View Single Post - PM user upgrade msg when user has done so many posts

Is there some sort of mod that when a user gets upgraded they can get a pm sent to then from the admin auto, like the pm system that sends a pm to a new user

I have some features on my site like the user cant post links till 15 posts have been made, and the user can use the advertising section of the forum till 25 posts then 50+ they get a free blog on our main site, it would be great that these users get a pm sent to them saying that they can do this

Can any one help?
