assuming you do not have any files edits...

1)__ Disable Plugin System (vbulletin Options)
2)__ Check if problem exists (most likely it doesn't ... problem is caused by a plugin)
3)__ Enable Plugin System but disable all products/plugins manually
4)__ Enable Products/plugin one at a time
5)__ Check until problem exists
6)__ When you run into problem disable product/plugin that is causing problem and check with product thread for updates.
