Sounds very possible. I would have to add a field to the avatar table for cost to let the users choose a cost per avatar, the same way there is a cost per usergroup, per forum access, per subscription, etc...

I'll add it on the todo list, it would be nice like u said to have 2 fields, 1 for "Purchase Required?", where u could set it to be available for "everyone" or by purchase only, as well as the "purchase price".
