I was told this was needed to be done in the code. I have no code experience, is it difficult?

How can I lock down the time zone in the calendar section so that it is not affected by users timezone preferences. I am a local business and the calendar would come in useful for my class and events schedule. However I need the times of my class or events to be locked in for everyone. For example I want an event to have a start time of 2pm-3pm no matter what the time zone is in a user's pref.

The reason I need this is so that users can't accidentally change their timezone setting therefore giving them the wrong idea of when the event starts.

Either I need to change a setting for the Calendar only or the user's time zone pref.

I hope this can be solved.
