How about an option to include the contents of a reply in the email notification only for certain usergroups?

I would like to not include the message contents for newly registerd users to get them in the habit of visiting the fourm to read/reply. (currently some new members still reply to the email topic reply notification even though a clear warning has been posted at the top that replies must be made directly on the forum.)

But for experienced forum users, I think having the reply contents is a great asset. Thus I would like to have the newly-registered usergoup get only the reply notification, no message contents. And other usergroups based on post-count will get the full reply contents.

Would this usergroup conditional be easy to implement?
