I'm running 3.5.1 and I'd like to add a column showing a user's avatars.

Why?
I run a military gaming group and in the Leaders page where the users are broken down by usergroup (squads) I'd like it to show their avatar (which is their rank in the squad).

I've tried a few different approaches but I haven't had any success, and I'm not overly proficient in writing php to try writing new code.

Has anyone gotten this to work for them on their board, or know how I'd do it?

Thanks in advance for your help, as I'm sure others might like this feature too.
