To fix the usergroup permissions error, try ftping the /includes/xml/bitfields_vbbuxplaza.xml file in ascii mode making sure you overwrite the old one, then rebuild your bitfields in AdminCP >> vbPlaza Maintenance >> Rebuild Bitfields.
Then shut your browser completely down and clear all of your cache and cookies. Go back to your AdminCP >> Usergroups and the vbPlaza settings for your usergroups should now show up. Set them to grant access to the store to eliminate the usergroup permission error.
