I wouldn't have thought it would be too hard to do, just wondering if anyone has done such a hack and wishes to share it?

Here's what you do:

1) Create new usergroup entitled "Trader" or whatever you want.
2) Auto-send publication or whatever you wish to them via ACP if its email. If its via snailmail, then turn on usergroup validation for it, and when reviewing join requests, make members give you the relevant info to send it to them.
3) Install vBa Links Directory. I has usergroup support, so you can only allow admins and "traders" to post links if you wish.
