v3arcade can handle ibProArcade and v3arcade games only. For the time being, at least.

ibProArcade doesn't offer a branding-free option, v3arcade does ($60 - I think). However, users that purchase the branding-free option also gain access to early beta releases and other "bonuses".

There are differences, but there are already many threads posted with arguements for and against both systems throughout vbulletin.org.. Ultimately, it boils down to personal preference.
