Dear Vbulletin Users/Gods

I am working for a non-profit organization to help blind and disabled kids. We don't have a lot of money but we have a very loyal volunteer (ME!) to do a lot of the systems stuff. The reason I am writing to you is to find out if this is possible.

I already have vbulletin installed.

Is there such a system that allows editors/moderators to over-view posts and ADD them to the main page (of a portal). In essense, we are trying to create a news site based on vbulletin stories.

Essentially www.mysite.com (will show a portal)

-All input from site comes from Vbulletin database, where editors can select posts to have them pasted on the main portal site. Also have the ability to edit and modify posts as well.
