Not sure what you mean by Tachy, but to ban users per thread, use this hack. To ban them on a per forum basis, I know of no hack ported to 3.5 that does it. You'd need to use usergroups or do editing through the ACP. So if you have a staff room, it would be easy for staff to request or. If not, they could do it via PM or even by way of ticket if you had vBSupport installed. Chris M supposedly had the hack you requested in the works, but it seems as though he's not released it. You may want to PM him about it.
