I had a similar goal with a product I added to my board. I have a skin that has some images at the top, sides and bottom of the tables on the FORUMHOME template, and wanted that to be displayed around the PhotoPost Classifieds that I display on the page as well.

The key for me was to do a copy and paste of a complete table (along with the outer border images) and then insert the classifieds bits into that.

I realize it's kinda vague, but maybe it will point you in the right direction?
