I'm converting my ditionary from access into MySQL
Now the dictionary is about 25 MB so I prefare to use it in external database to have smaller backup of my vBulletin database?

technically can I use two database connections in one script? the vBulletin one and additional one in the script?

Also my converted MySQL tables are InnoDB, which one is better? MyIsam or InnDB?
