The high-score issue is well-known. MrZeropage say's he may have the quirk fixed in the next release, v2.5.5+, but he needs people to test it first.

The other issue specifically for the "Yeti" games, is that you have the Yeti's "Gamedata" folder in the wrong place in relation to the game.
