Dear VB,

I run a non-profit organization for poor disabled and blind children. We all have to do the best we can to make this world a better place right :-) We are thinking about creating a psudo news type of site which allows:

1) Users to post on a discussion board (vbulletin)
2) Allows moderators (editors) to take those threads, after editing is done, and make them into Articles for the main page.
3) All Articles get backed up in a database.

Is this difficult to do? What software should I use to do it. I tryed vbadvanced, but the tutorial isn't very good.
