My board URL is correct. I looked at the phrase containing the message, and changed : Ip address is: $postinfo[ipaddress]. Host name : $postinfo[hostaddress], to : Ip address is: {1}. Host name : {2}.
And:
You must give reputation to another user before you can give to $userinfo[username] again. To: You must give reputation to another user before you can give to {1} again.

Now its working fine. I should have thought of the phrases before posting this thread, but maybe someone else have the same problem and could use my solution.

Seems to have been the language pack that did not work with the new vb version.
