There are 2 checks to check for if u cant log in.
1st one is for your Primary Usergroup's setting for "can purchase options", the second one is when u edit u a user via Admin CP -> Users -> Search For User -> Can access eStore?
Those are the only 2 permissions checks that give the error you have specified. There was a bug if you Add New User from the Admin CP, they did not get the default Can Access eStore permission like they should have gotten.
This will be fixed in the next release, which btw is shaping up nicely!
