Yes, it's implemented - but you have to 'uninstall' then reinstall LDM for it to show up -this is because the VBulletin product installer has to be forced to rerun the installation code. Don't worry, this will not delete your database

Once you've done that, take a look on the admin settings page and you'll see the setting *featured_all_categories*
