So no mods/hacks available that can supply this feature?

There's already a setting when you edit someone's profile to choose either "User set" or "admin set (using html)" .. If the functionality exists there for admins to set people's usertitles with HTML in them, it shouldn't be too hard to make it so mods can too, should it?
