No i mean categorys like..

I want to know how to make categorys for my hack in vBulletin which i am making to learn.

For the Links & Dload manager you can have different categorys.

I want to know how to make categorys like that.I dont want anything advanced just something basic using PHP and MySql to use with vBulletin when im making a hack.
