I take it you're talking about the Add Link menu item?

If so you need to go to your .. admincp -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases -> Search for Text "Add Link"

This will bring up that phrase with which you can replace with whatever wording you like

You can then do the same thing with any other phrase you need to change.
