I love the header--vibrant colors; detailed image. :up:

SUGGESTIONS:
1)__ move RANDOM PHOTOS block to one of the outer columns (5 photos forces users to scroll on smaller resolution .. eg. 800*600); OR, showcase 1-2 photos in a bigger size -- the detail of the photos can draw people into your site ... right now, they are too small
2)__ you have 2 LOG INs on main page -- can be confusing to reader
3)__ get yourself a site map
4)__ regarding the photos ... you should have a Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimer, Terms of Services policy on your site (click GTCUSTOM below ... download product and use the policies found there regardless if you use product on your site)
5)__ move the WHAT'S GOING ON block to it's original location ... if I go to your site I would be interested in its CONTENTS ... also, moving the WHAT'S GOING ON block to the bottom forces viewers to scroll all the way to the bottom -- therefore, reading all the contents on your page
