vb.org Archive - View Single Post - move non-sticky thread after x days of first post

I would like to move all non-sticky threads 7 days after the thread was created from one forum to another.

I have found automating thread moves between forums, Move thread x days after FIRST post made, and Auto move threads to archive forum after x days on the subject, but I don't know enough about it to modify them to my needs.

If someone could kindly have a look and provide the necessary code, I would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
