i have two ideas to add on to ZeroTolerance's mod:

two and a half ideas for it:

an in-thread abilty to 'advertise post'. it would be a little button in a thread taht, when clicked, auto enters a message into the shoutbox saying like:

"/me suggests checking out thread {url="thread url"]<Thread Title>[/url], by {url="author's profile"]<Author>[/url]

in the above, btw, { = [



there also needs to be a way to disable the million IRC and java chat things such as <blink> and /me and everything else from the public. its so obnoxious. even a drop down or checkbox where we cud specify ones we want, and dont want.

going along with that last idea, i think the 'ban' function needs to be more customizable. for example id like to disable users from POSTING, but not viewing the shoutbox. and id like to disable certain usergroups or users from using java commands, etc.
