I would really like it if you could provide me with a peice of code that gives a output just like this image here:

It looks fairly easy, but unfortunately, I am not very good with php coding, so I am not able to do this.

The code will be put on a-2z.com, and if you have done this for me, I will byt your link in the footer of the forum.
