The issue is rooted in a class that is defined in a vBulletin file.
If the class didn't exist, the error would be something else.
And since 25 or so people have installed it without these problems, I dare say its your files

I can't answer you on most of the problems you have by manually removing the shite, though I can tell you that the datastore stuff can be removed the same way youd remove a row in another table.
