I'm after something different to the ignore list.

I'm after a system where people can block individual members from contacting them but still see their forum posts.

EG. Peter adds Mary to his "block List" .. Mary can no longer see any of Peter's private message, email or instant messenger contact links. However Mary can still see and respond to Peter's forum posts.

If Mary tries to get around it by manually typing the private message URL, she gets a message something like "Sorry but Peter is not currently accepting private messages"
