Before Logging into your Admin control panel use the option button to select this style.

What option button to use this style?

If you have your options set to a specific style it wont allow you to change styles (and doesn't show the option button). So what you'll need to do is login and then click "Vbulletin Options" from the side menu. Then scroll down until you see "Admin Control Panel Options"; open that select the style you would like and then save it. You have have to logout for it to take effect, but that should do it. Please let me know if you need more help and I hope that works.
