I just checked it out on my local tets install - the phrases don't seem to work....
The GARS phrases show up fine, the Install-Type phrases don't, all blank spaces where text is supposed to be.

never mind, I opened and re-saved one of the phrases in the phrase manager and suddenly they appeared.

Now checking out if and how this could be used on my forum

can you tell me what you did to show the text? i dont have anything showing up on the side

ive also have this issues. i keep getting this when i click on the number of installs that i have per item i have.

1) install module not assigned to a forum that I can see.
