i would like to add "Purchase physical item" to the wish list.

basically:
admin defines a particular physical item (it could be any tangible/intangible goods) along with some custom fields to be filled by a buyer.
when user buys the item, the user fills in the required fields and pays.
then pm is sent to admin along with the info that user filled out,
so that admin can process the order.
