I am having the same problem. I have the current file installed and still get the "multiplelogin_alert" as the whole content of the post. Also should the product be version 1.02? Because the one available for download is version 1.01.

Redownloading and reinstalling the product seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks for the great hack.
