what would i need to change if i want to apply this plugin for a specific usergroup?

should i change:

if ($vbulletin->userinfo['userid'] > 1)
{
// blah blah
}

to:

if ($vbulletin->userinfo['usergroup'] == 17)
{
// blah blah
}

on a side note, where could i get details on the $vbulletin array?
