vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Creating a "posting template" for new threads?

I searched around and couldnt find anything on this.

In a specific forum, I want to members who post to be able to follow a template for their posts. The template would ask them questions that they would answer.

The questions would be bolded after the thread has been posted.

SitePoint is the best way of explaining what I need. In their market place. If you are selling your website it asks you to input the number of visitors, where the traffic comes from....etc

How would I go about doing this?
