How do I change the text color of usernames?

For instance, I am the admin on my forum, I want my name to be bolded and a different color from other members who are shown as "online"

I also want to use pictures for group titles. Instead of the text administrator, I have made custom pictures that says administrator, etc.

Lastly, how do I move the "What's Going On?" Section to the top - where it shows current and overall activity (online users, current members, etc.)
