Create 2 new secondary usergroups, one for men and the other for women. Each usergroup can have its own customized name format, like blue or pink for the names.

Thanks Reeve. That would work, except it wouldn't change the color for usernames on Forumhome (I don't think), and because I have a few levels of usergroups already, I would have to create two for each level (I think).
