I remembered a problem similar to yours in the past with someone else. Do a couple things for me. Chances are there aren't many accounts with the problem. I am assuming you purchased something with an expiration date, like immunity. Go into the AdminCP >> eStore Options >> Clear User History and clear the history. Also AdminCP >> eStore Options >> Rebuild Datastore and reubuild the datastore. See if that works first, if so then great, if not let me know, there are a few more things we can try.
