I was wondering if someone could make a very simple plugin (or hack) to exclude a forum or forums from the maximum edit time?

There is one forum I would like users to be able to change their posts anytime they wish and not be limited to the max edit time set in admin cp (to be specific, I would prefer just the thread starter to be able to have the facilty but dont mind if its all users)... is it possible?

Or, could somone point me in the right direction to do it myself please?
