Ok, I should explain better.

If I set my signature up as this:

What happens is the forum ignores the url tags and sets the link to the png file instead. So when I click on it, instead of going to my xfire profile I go to the png file url.

Double checked all the settings you've mentioned so far:

• Allow [IMG] Code in Signatures - YES
• Allow VB Code in Signatures - YES
• Allow Dynamic URLs - YES

I'll try and disable the plugin system and see if that makes the problem go away.

Ok, thanks for all the pointers on where to look. I tracked it down to a bug in one of our plugins.
