Change the Marquee in the Marque Template (easy html required)

a question to the "real codemonkeys" out there

how can i add a vbphrase now in the marqueetext - would like to present the birthday-kids with that...

(adding the vbphrase in the marquee template - didnt work) - and with vbphrases and vboptions - that all jungle for me

tia for any kind help
