We are researching forum software for a "business recommendation forum"
and have some questions about how customized we can get with
vBulletin.

I understand that what I'm asking for below is not part of default vBulletin functionality, but I wonder if there are addons which might address these needs.

Following are brief descriptions of screens a user would see while
using the forum.

Post New Thread

Rather than having only the default information: Title and Message,
we would like to collect the following information, some of which
would be required (asterisk)

Text Entry Fields:
* Business Name: i.e., A&B Law Firm (single line)
* Service Provided: Contract Negotiation (single line)
Contact: 555 1122 (single line)
Cost: $700 (single line)
Icon (i.e., limited choice, between thumbs up, thumbs down, and neutral)
Message (text area)

Reply to Thread

Same as New Thread, except the required fields (in New Thread) aren't
required (in Reply)

Thread View (the actual posts of an individual thread)

In addition to the thread title and the text of individual posts, we
would like to pull the information gathered in the post/reply forms
and display it, for example, in the left-hand side of an individual
post under the name of the poster

Search Forums (Advanced Search)

In addition to the default options, the possibility to Search by icon
