Does anyone know how to place restrictions on the number of links a user can click on in a 24 hour period? I host large downloads and need to only allow each user to download x number of files a day. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, this is in 2.1.2 beta, in the Administration dropdown menu under "Download Quotas". You can choose file limits per day or bandwidth limits per day, based on user groups.
