I've looked in IE and it looks fine, in firefox the forum is alligned to the right of my header. I had trouble getting it to align left in IE so I assme I didn't use the best way to break the page.
at the end of my headder I had to put 3 $ nbsp ; strings to get it to break right in IE. I tried regular page breaks but they didn't work right either.

<p> </p>
any suggestions, is there some other code I can enter to get it to break
