i tried installing this but its the first time i am doing the style thing and dont know what to do with those psd files, i modified them aqnd put my forum name there but now what? how do i put them up on the forum

every thing else is fine but the logo on top and those flowers dont show up on top i assume its something to do with those psd files any idea how to get them up on the forum .sorry for asking a noobish question but thats what i am
