I thought I had it figured but it appears I don't have it quite worked out.

I put the following code in my head include template...

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://www.pc101.com/images/favicon.ico" />

but the icon is intermittent, meaning on the same computer it's sometimes on the browswer, sometimes not. On my computer at work it has never come up. Please advise.
