vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I move the warning info up?

In the attached image you can see the online status, report bad post icon, and the warning bar is at the bottom. Can you tell me what to edit/modify to move it up under Time Spent on Board info? I'm using the leagacy_postbit template. I would greatly appreciate any help.
