I agree with the above comments.

The home page is too blank. I actually sat around for 20 seconds thinking the page was still loading, but that was indeedthe whole page. It should lead the forum upon entry or a page explaining what the site is about.

I like the graphics.

I suggest you use a more colorful scheme since it's cartoon site. Try a white background, sky blue forum, and some orange here and there.

If you want to a evil-version of toontown, maybe violet/purple instead of sky blue. I'm thinking of Darkwing Duck colors Black is to dark for a cartoon site I think.
