A lot of eye-candy on the "portal" page -- looks good; but it will ultimately hurt the success of the site (eg. slow it down or worse prevent success).

PORTAL:
- increase text size
- change text color to black (more contrast)
- add more content

DIRECTORY:
- offer some type of description ... right now, the directory is poorly created

REVIEWS:
- ooooooouuucch!

FORUM:
- it feels like I went to a different site ... make it look similar to the "portal" ... you can carry the look and feel on all sections of your site
- header is really bad
