So... You take total number of moderations done by the person, diveded by the number of days you've been a moderator and then you times that with 7



X = Total Amount Of Moderations One Has Made.
Y = Total Amount Of Days One Has Been A Moderator.
7 = 1 Week.

The system aint perfect, but whatever :P
