vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How place something between forum block 2 and 3

I want to place a small Google ad between the 2nd and 3rd block of forums on my main forum homepage. See the page:

http://forums.ipodhacks.com/index.php

Just above "Application Discussion". This means I must put a conditional in the code that determine's what the block count is on the rendering of that page. Does anyone have the syntax for this? I've looked through the docs and nothing jumps out at me.
